How estate pricing works here
1. Estate homes are billed hourly, and we tell you the rate
$75 per hour, per cleaning specialist. That rate is published here because you should be able to compare it before you talk to anyone.
2. You get a written estimate before we schedule
We scope your home from square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the condition details you give us, then send a written estimate with the projected hours and total. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
3. You are billed for the time we actually work
We record arrival and departure, and both appear on your invoice. Finish early and you pay less than the estimate.
4. Nothing beyond the estimate happens without your approval
If we find conditions that change the scope, you hear about it before we start — not on the invoice afterward. No additional time is ever billed without your say-so first.
What an estate visit covers
Every room, every visit — kitchen, bathrooms, all bedrooms and living spaces — plus the detail work large homes need that a standard visit passes over: baseboards, door frames and trim, window sills, stair rails and spindles, light fixtures within reach, and interior glass.
Our detail-driven method uses 275°F thermal shock with professional surfactants on hard surfaces — floors, tile, stone, and fixtures — lifting soil rather than moving it around. On an estate, that is the difference between a home that looks clean at eye level and one that holds up when you look closely.
On estate and hourly jobs, the all-hard-surface steam upgrade is included at no charge. On a standard visit it is a paid add-on that extends steam beyond the wet-zone fixtures; here it comes with the job.
Wine rooms, guest wings, a second or third kitchen, post-event turnarounds — tell us in the form and it is scoped into the same written estimate.

Do you have to see my home before you can quote it?
No. Square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms are enough for us to scope an estate and send a written estimate. If your home has features that change the work, our form asks about them — you will not wait days for an appointment just to learn a number.
What counts as an estate home in San Diego?
More than 4 bedrooms, more than 4 bathrooms, or 4,000 square feet and up. Half baths count toward the bathroom total, so 4.5 bathrooms qualifies.
Why is estate cleaning billed hourly instead of a flat rate?
A flat chart stops being honest at this size. Two homes of the same square footage can differ by hours of real work. Hourly bills you for your home rather than the average of everyone else's, and the written estimate is what keeps it predictable.
What happens if the clean takes longer than estimated?
You hear from us before the extra time happens, not after. Nothing beyond your approved estimate is billed without your approval first.
Is there a membership, subscription, or cancellation fee?
