We use flat-rate pricing based on your home's full bedroom count, bathroom count, and square footage. For an agreed flat-rate cleaning, taking longer than expected does not by itself increase your price; if the arrival walkthrough finds materially different home details, condition, or requested work, we explain it before starting and any revised price needs your approval.

Standard Clean is maintenance cleaning for homes cleaned within the last 30 days. Deep Clean is for homes not professionally cleaned in 30+ days—it includes baseboards, cabinet exteriors, and detailed scrubbing. Move-Out cleaning covers the full unit including interior cabinets, appliances, and all fixtures, required for security deposit protection.

Tipping is never required. If you choose to tip, 100% goes directly to your cleaner. Our cleaners earn $30+/hr, so tips are a true bonus for exceptional service.

Our whole-home services are priced using the entire home's size and cleaning needs. Skipping individual rooms or tasks does not reduce that rate. We can note priorities and exclusions without changing what the booking includes. Our Kitchen + Bath Steam Blast is a separate standalone service with its own fixed scope; it is not a reduced version of a whole-home cleaning.

It may be, but some homes need more planning than a routine deep-clean appointment allows. Tell us about areas needing extra work, blocked surfaces, renovation residue, or other concerns before booking. We may ask for a few photos or a conversation to assess the work. Our goal is to plan realistically and treat your home respectfully.

A flat-rate cleaning does not cost more simply because it takes longer. If the team finds materially different home details, condition, or requested work, we will explain the differences and any proposed adjustment before starting. You must approve a revised price. If we cannot agree on a workable service, we may reschedule or decline to begin.

Reducing the number of rooms does not necessarily reduce the work enough to fit the appointment. We also need a clear, attainable scope and shared expectations about the result. We may decline when we cannot confidently deliver that result.

No. We only charge after a cleaning is completed. If we decide not to begin after the arrival walkthrough, you are not charged for that visit. Our cancellation fee applies only when you cancel or reschedule a booked visit with less than 48 hours' notice.

Estate homes are billed on actual labor time with a not-to-exceed cap you see before booking. We explain the scope, estimated labor, and cap before you approve the service, and the written terms of your specific quote apply. Your cap is a ceiling, not a target: if the work runs long, we absorb the extra time and your invoice stops at the cap.

Photos we request to assess or document your cleaning are used only for service planning and quality review. We do not publish them for marketing or in review disputes without your separate, specific permission.
