All kitchen and bathroom cabinet interiors are wiped down, including shelf surfaces and wall panels. Drawer tracks are extracted — these accumulate prior food particulate and organic debris that are invisible from the outside but transferred to every item you place inside.
Oven interior, refrigerator compartments (including door gaskets and crisper drawers), and microwave cavity are all addressed. These are the most-touched surfaces in the kitchen and the first surfaces the incoming occupant uses for food preparation and storage.
Accessible grout and tile are cleaned in full, not just surface-wiped. Shower glass, toilet base junctions, faucet fixture bases, and tile crevices are addressed and we ask our cleaners to keep bathroom cloths for the bathroom only. Descaling on request for mineral-deposit fixtures.
Thorough vacuuming picks up fine dust, including prior occupant dander, hair, pet hair and road dust. We vacuum slowly and thoroughly so dust is lifted instead of pushed around.
