Bravo Maids ("we," "us," or "our") operates bravomaids.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services
We provide residential cleaning services in San Diego, CA, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and estate cleaning. All services are performed by our Certified Cleaning Specialists who are thoroughly vetted and trained in our clinical cleaning protocols.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage within San Diego County. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Booking and Scheduling
By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property, including square footage, number of rooms, and any special conditions or access requirements.
- We confirm all bookings via email and/or SMS.
- Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window; however, exact arrival times may vary.
Payment Terms
Payment is collected after service completion. We accept all major credit cards. Your card information is saved securely via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
- A temporary hold may be placed on your card prior to the scheduled service date.
- Final charges reflect the agreed service scope. Additional charges may apply for scope changes requested on the day of service.
- Tips are optional and go directly to the Certified Cleaning Specialists who performed your service.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your clean, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to perform a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question. This guarantee applies to the original scope of service and does not cover pre-existing conditions or areas outside the agreed scope.
Liability and Insurance
Bravo Maids carries $2 million in general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our Certified Cleaning Specialists, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration discovered during service
- Items of extraordinary value (artwork, antiques, collectibles, jewelry) not disclosed prior to service
- Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, unstable surfaces, or malfunctioning appliances
- Items broken due to inherent fragility not disclosed in advance
SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS communications from Bravo Maids, you consent to receive appointment reminders and service updates at the phone number you provided.
- Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.

Property Access
You are responsible for providing our Certified Cleaning Specialists with safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled service time. This includes ensuring that:
- Entry instructions and access codes are provided in advance.
- Pets are secured in a separate area during the service.
- The property is reasonably accessible and free from conditions that would pose a safety risk.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe for our team.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Bravo Maids and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
