Common Questions About Our Checklist
Do I need a Deep Cleaning before starting a recurring service?
Yes. Bravo Maids requires a Deep Cleaning or equivalent first-time service before enrolling in a recurring schedule. This resets the home to a clinical baseline so that Regular Cleaning visits can maintain it efficiently without compounding buildup.
What is the 275°F thermal shock steam included in Deep and Move-Out?
Our steam-led sanitization protocol applies 275°F thermal shock to tile zones — shower floors, tub surrounds, and grout lines. At this temperature, biofilm colonies (including pink biofilm and common mold variants) are denatured on contact. Professional-grade surfactants are applied only as needed for restoration of heavily soiled surfaces.
Can I request specific tasks from a lower tier to be added to my service?
Yes. If you need an inside-fridge clean ($45 one-time or $25 recurring add-on) or inside-oven clean ($45) as a standalone add-on during a Regular Cleaning, you can request it at booking. Speak with your Specialist or contact us at hello@bravomaids.com.
Is window cleaning included?
Interior windowsills and tracks are included in all tiers. Window tracks and frames (deep clean) are included in Move-Out. Exterior window washing is not included in any standard tier — it requires separate scheduling.
What does the Verified Sanitization Receipt include?
The Verified Sanitization Receipt is a written record provided after Move-Out Cleaning confirming which surfaces and zones were treated, the sanitization protocol applied, and the date of service. It is designed to support deposit return documentation in California rental disputes.
Are carpets shampooed or steam-extracted during a regular visit?
No. All tiers include vacuuming of carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture. Carpet shampooing and steam extraction are not included in any standard tier. If you need deep carpet extraction, ask about specialty scheduling.
