What’s New at Bravo Maids: Our Team and Service This Year
A note from Jason Ellis, Owner

What changed at Bravo Maids this year?
Three of our four cleaners joined within the past year, each background-checked and trained on our documented room-by-room routine before their first visit. Alongside the newer team, Bravo Maids kept flat-rate pricing confirmed before arrival, the 24-hour re-clean guarantee, $2M liability insurance, and targeted 275°F steam on wet-zone fixtures included on every visit.
What Changed — The Short Version
- A largely new cleaning team — Three of our four cleaners joined within the past year. Every one of them was background-checked, reference-verified, and trained on our routine before working in a customer's home.
- A tighter room-by-room routine — The same documented sequence runs on every visit, so what gets done in your kitchen this month is what got done last month — regardless of who is holding the vacuum.
- More consistent cleaner matching — We assign the same cleaner to your home whenever it is operationally supportable, and a steady recurring day makes that far easier to hold.
- Steam care unchanged and still included — Targeted 275°F steam on wet-zone fixtures — sinks, showers, toilets, and tubs — included standard on every visit.
- The commitments that did not change — Flat-rate pricing confirmed before we arrive, $2M liability insurance, and the 24-hour re-clean guarantee — same as they have always been.
The team that cleans your home is largely new
If you have been with us for a while, the most honest thing I can tell you about this year is that three of our four cleaners joined within the past year. That is a real change, and I would rather you hear it from me than notice it at your front door.
Growing a small team is slow work, and I do it deliberately. Every person who works in your home is background-checked, reference-verified, and trained on our documented routine before their first solo visit. I still personally oversee every hire. The people who have been with us longer are part of how the newer cleaners learn the routine — that continuity is the point, not an accident.
What I want you to take from this page is simple: the names may be newer, but the standard they are held to is the one you already know.
What we tightened on our side
A newer team is only an improvement if the routine behind it is written down. Ours is. Every visit follows the same room-by-room sequence, so the work does not drift with whoever happens to be scheduled that week. When you tell us that the guest bath needs extra attention or that the dog is nervous around vacuums, that goes into your home’s notes and travels with the appointment — not with one person’s memory.
We also hold cleaner assignments steady wherever operations allow it. A recurring visit on a consistent day and frequency is by far the easiest kind of schedule to keep matched to the same cleaner, and that has been the biggest practical lever we have this year.
What did not change
Flat-rate pricing, confirmed before we arrive. Supplies and equipment included. Background-checked cleaners. $2M aggregate liability insurance, with a certificate available on request. And the 24-hour re-clean guarantee — if something doesn’t meet your expectations, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no additional charge.
Our steam care is unchanged as well. Targeted 275°F steam on wet-zone fixtures — sinks, showers, toilets, and tubs — included standard on every visit. All-Hard-Surface Steam Upgrade: extends 275°F steam to all hard surfaces in a room — tile floors, grout lines, baseboards, and walls. Wet-zone fixture steam is included standard on every visit. Recurring plans include one free All-Hard-Surface room upgrade every 4th visit. Wide-plank wood and high-gloss lacquer surfaces are always excluded.
Our targeted steam treatment uses only water and heat. We use surface-appropriate cleaning products for other tasks when needed.
A changing team is exactly the moment when a small thing can get missed. If a recent visit wasn’t what you expect from us, reply to any email from us or reach out directly — I read those myself, and the 24-hour re-clean guarantee is there for precisely this reason.
