Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most San Diego clients leave a lockbox code, garage code, doorman instructions, or building access notes in the entry method step. You can also choose to be home for the first visit if you prefer to meet your Certified Cleaning Specialist crew in person.
What happens after I submit my booking?

Can I book a one-time deep cleaning without signing up for recurring service?
Yes. Every service type on the booking form is available as a one-time visit. There is no subscription, no commitment, and no lock-in. Many San Diego clients start with a one-time deep clean and add a recurring cadence afterward — but that decision is always yours.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 48 hours before the appointment. With less than 48 hours notice a 25% fee applies, and within 24 hours a 50% fee, of the service total — this covers the crew's reserved travel window. The booking confirmation email includes a direct link to reschedule at any time.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our Certified Cleaning Specialists arrive with all professional-grade supplies and equipment, including our 275°F commercial steam unit, 0.3-micron HEPA vacuums, and color-coded microfiber systems. You do not need to provide anything — just access to the property.
Is Bravo Maids insured?
Yes. Bravo Maids carries $2M general liability insurance on every job. A certificate of insurance is available on request — useful for high-rise buildings, property managers, and short-term rental owners who require COI documentation before allowing vendors on-site.
How do I book a move-out cleaning in San Diego before my lease ends?

Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. We clean San Diego homes with dogs, cats, and other pets regularly. Let the crew know in the special notes field if pets will be present so they can coordinate entry. Our 0.3-micron HEPA vacuum system is effective at capturing pet dander and hair from floors, upholstery, and baseboards — we recommend adding the Deep Clean option for the first visit if pets have been in the home long-term.
