House Cleaning Quotes & Booking in San Diego
Flat-rate online booking for San Diego homes. Every visit starts with our 275°F steam protocol, performed by background-checked, living-wage professionals and backed by $2M liability insurance. Use the form below to request a quote or start your booking; we confirm your date with you. View pricing or read about the protocol.
How Quotes & Booking Work
Step 1 — Request Your Quote
Tell the form your service type, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any extras. Pricing comes from our published flat-rate matrix, not an on-site estimate. We review your details and email your flat-rate quote. No haggling.
Step 2 — Confirm Date & Card on File
Choose your preferred date and share entry instructions. We confirm the date with you. Your booking is confirmed once a valid card is saved on file through our secure Stripe link, at least 48 hours before the visit; until then the time slot stays open and may go to another customer. No charge is placed at this step — saving a card does not charge it.
Step 3 — Service & Charge After
Your Certified Cleaning Specialist crew arrives in the agreed window with all equipment and supplies. Your card is only charged after the work is completed and you’ve had a chance to review the results.
Our Certified Cleaning Specialists
Every Bravo Maids crew member completes our in-house training program before their first assignment. Training covers proper 275°F steam equipment operation for the thermal shock protocol, color-coded microfiber systems to prevent cross-contamination between wet zones and dry surfaces, 0.3-micron HEPA vacuum technique for allergen and silica dust removal, and surface-specific treatment protocols for tile, grout, stone, and hardwood. All specialists are background-checked, carry their own professional-grade equipment, and are covered under our $2M general liability policy on every job.

San Diego Service Areas
We cover most of San Diego County. A few neighborhoods we serve regularly:
La Jolla — Marine-layer humidity and coastal salt aerosol accelerate embedded build-up on hard surfaces. Our steam protocol is calibrated for the ionic bond disruption that NaCl deposits cause on stone countertops and tile grout common in La Jolla homes.
Coronado — Proximity to the bay means triple-vector exposure: salt aerosol, beach silica, and marine-layer moisture. Coronado clients frequently request our move-out and deep-clean services, particularly military families at NASNI and NAB Coronado managing PCS timelines.
Del Mar — Del Mar’s beach sand is high-silica (Mohs 7) and works into floor surfaces as an abrasive. Our 0.3-micron HEPA crevice extraction lifts silica from grout lines and hardwood seams before the steam pass — preventing the push-and-grind damage that standard vacuums cause.
We also serve Pacific Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Downtown San Diego, Mission Valley, Point Loma, Hillcrest, North Park, and more. See the full list on the areas-served page — include your ZIP or address in the form above and we will confirm you are in range.
Pricing
Your final price is confirmed after we verify your home’s bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and cleaning scope. For the full published matrix by bedrooms, bathrooms, and service type, see the pricing page or the San Diego house-cleaning cost calculator.
Booking FAQ
How do I book a house cleaning in San Diego?
Use the form on this page to request a quote or start your booking. Share your service type, home details, preferred date, and contact details. We review your request and email your flat-rate quote and next steps. Your booking is not confirmed until we confirm your date and a valid card is on file.
Can I get a quote without calling?
Yes. You can request a quote online without speaking to anyone. Our pricing is a published flat-rate matrix, so there is no on-site estimate. Submit the form and we email your flat-rate quote and available dates.
What service areas does Bravo Maids cover in San Diego?
We service most of San Diego County, including La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach, Mission Valley, Carmel Valley, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Point Loma, Hillcrest, and North Park. Include your ZIP or address in the form and we will confirm your home is in our service area.
How soon can you clean my home?
Availability depends on crew capacity that week, and a date is not confirmed until we confirm it with you and a valid card is on file. Tell us your preferred date in the form. For move-out cleanings tied to a lease deadline, mention the date in the notes field and we will do our best to prioritize it.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most San Diego clients leave a lockbox code, garage code, doorman instructions, or building access notes in the entry method step. You can also choose to be home for the first visit if you prefer to meet your Certified Cleaning Specialist crew in person.
What happens after I submit my request?
We review your details and email your quote or booking confirmation, including the appointment details and scope of work. We may also text you to let you know it is on its way or to coordinate details. To confirm the booking, a valid card must be saved on file through a secure link at least 48 hours before the visit; until then the time slot stays open and may go to another customer. Saving a card does not charge it. We send a 24-hour reminder before the visit, and your card is only charged after the service is completed, never before.
How much does house cleaning cost in San Diego?
Bravo Maids uses published flat-rate pricing — no on-site estimates. Recurring House Cleaning visits start at $170. Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleans start at $285. Move-Out Cleans start at $382.50. Use the form above to get your exact price by bedrooms, bathrooms, and service type. Full matrix on the pricing page.
Can I book a one-time deep cleaning without signing up for recurring service?
Yes. Every service type on the form is available as a one-time visit. There is no subscription, no commitment, and no lock-in. Many San Diego clients start with a one-time deep clean and add a recurring cadence afterward — but that decision is always yours.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 48 hours before the appointment. With less than 48 hours notice a 25% fee applies, and within 24 hours a 50% fee, of the service total — this covers the crew's reserved travel window. The booking confirmation email includes a direct link to reschedule at any time.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our Certified Cleaning Specialists arrive with all professional-grade supplies and equipment, including our 275°F commercial steam unit, 0.3-micron HEPA vacuums, and color-coded microfiber systems. You do not need to provide anything — just access to the property.
Is Bravo Maids insured?
Yes. Bravo Maids carries $2M general liability insurance on every job. A certificate of insurance is available on request — useful for high-rise buildings, property managers, and short-term rental owners who require COI documentation before allowing vendors on-site.
How do I book a move-out cleaning in San Diego before my lease ends?
Select Move-Out Cleaning as your service type, enter your bedrooms and bathrooms, and note your lease-end date in the special instructions field. Move-out cleans include inside cabinets, inside oven, inside refrigerator, baseboards, and window tracks, with every task tracked on our Digital Job Checklist as the crew works.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. We clean San Diego homes with dogs, cats, and other pets regularly. Let the crew know in the special notes field if pets will be present so they can coordinate entry. Our 0.3-micron HEPA vacuum system is effective at capturing pet dander and hair from floors, upholstery, and baseboards — we recommend adding the Deep Clean option for the first visit if pets have been in the home long-term.
